ZGA126 Beam Warping Machine

It is suitable for warping the yarn of pure cotton, polyester cotton and staple fabric of chemical fiber blends in 6s-120s.

Main Technical Characteristics:

1.    Three roller brake in high speed

       The brake of the warp beam, pressure roller and guide roller is rapid and synchronous.

       Clamp brake is adopted and the braking distance is less than threemeters.

       Air-liquid pressurized method is used for braking force to prevent the leakage of the

       hydraulic system.

2.    Damping in high speed

       The headstock is levelly put on the floor, and contacted with the ground by vibration block, so

       that there is no vibration in the headstock.

3.    Clamp force control

       The clamp of beam is controlled by two motors and displacement sensor.

4.    Pressure roll pressurized:

       The cantilever is pressurized by damping way pressure.

       The pressure on yarn is constant.

       When the machine is stopped, the pressure roller is bounced rapidly to prevent the friction

        with yarn.

5.     Length counter:

        Complementary length measure  for the warp beam and pressure roller with high accuracy.

6.     Safety devices:

        Wind shield and safeguard.

        Air cylinder drive and throttle shaft for lifting speed.

7.     Sealed adjustable reed:

        Reed sley is reciprocation swing horizontally and vertically to ensure the dense winding of

        yarn and prevent the fixed-point wear in the reed.

        Width is adjusted and centered through electrical control.

        Intermittent blowing devices for reed take the effect of anti-winding

8.     Operation platform:

        The operation and parameters are controlled by PLC. All the parameters can be set, adjusted,

        stored in the color touch screen.
