It is suitable for warping the yarn of pure cotton, polyester cotton and staple fabric of chemical fiber blends in 6s~100s. The warp beam is directly driven by AC motor with high speed and large package. The stepless speed regulation is controlled by the PLC and achieved by inverter to realize the constant speed winding.The direct length measure and speed measure system implemented with encoder and computer is adopted to eliminate the indirect control error.All kinds of performance parameter can be set and displayed in the operation interface, which is composed of computer system and intelligent touch color screen. The information of production management and trouble detection system is added as well. High efficient and synchronous braking is taken into effect in the three rollers of beam, pressure roller and speed roller. In the pressure roller the damping pressurization and the instant bouncing device is equipped to prevent wearing for the yarn.W-type adjustable reed is controlled by stepping motor. It is moved synchronously with warp beam to ensure the even arrangement of yarn and to avoid the fixed-point wear in the reed.The beam clamping is driven by motor with mechanical clamping and accurate centering.Small”V” shape rotary bobbin creel is equipped. Collective changing-bobbin ensures the uniform warp tension, fast variety changing and high efficient production.Infrared warp stop motion is equipped, which is sensitive and reliable.The complete chain and protection functions. If abnormal matter occurs, machine will automatically stop or not start to ensure that the machine runs in normal condition.Security fence and windshield is equipped to ensure the personal safety of operators and facilitated operation.
